About This Shed

The 12x6 Warwick Shiplap T&G Shed from Shire is a fantastic storage option for bikes, lawnmowers, and other items, and it comes with two doors for convenient access. It is an incredible value. To provide a long-lasting shed, the Warwick is constructed from the highest quality materials.

The shed's walls are made of premium 12mm Shiplap Tong & Grove cladding, which is attached to 34mm sturdy framing. Made in the UK from premium Northern European FSC-certified wood and prepared for your preferred topcoat of paint or stain with a Golden Brown Base Coat Dip Treatment. Solid OSB sheets are used to build the floor and ceiling, and hasp and staple locks are installed on the doors. Instructions for installation, mineral roof felt, and all fasteners are provided.

Assembly

All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.
