About This Summerhouse
The Avance is an extremely popular summerhouse due to its styling and great price. The joinery quality, glazed doors and large canopy make an attractive addition to any garden or patio.
It is constructed on sturdy 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, FSC approved, slow grown northern European pine.
The floor is T&G and the roof is solid sheet OSB. The Summerhouse is treated with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. To ensure your safety the doors (set in the 7' gable) are glazed with Perspex. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive tracking information.

Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.
