The Melrose Home Office offers a top-of-the-line garden building, providing a valuable additional workspace in your backyard. This fully equipped office comes complete with external and internal painting, insulation, double glazing, and a stylish Herringbone effect vinyl floor, all installed on your prepared base. The single door features a three-lever lock, and during the summer, you can enjoy the birdsong with the windows wide open.
Constructed with impressive attention to detail, the external cladding consists of 19 x 125mm overlap panels treated with our proprietary zinc borate-based process to resist fungal decay and insect damage. Supported by sturdy 44 x 44 mm framing, the cladding ensures a durable construction. The 20mm T&G floor is fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and finished internally with an attractive herringbone effect vinyl. The roof features an 11mm OSB Board with a 1.2mm EPDM rubber roof externally, providing a 50-year guarantee, and internally, it includes 23mm of insulation finished with 12mm of MDF. All internal cladding is moisture-resistant MDF, grooved to mimic classic cladding.
The internal wall and roof insulation feature YBS Airtec Double, a highly reflective aluminium foil with a durable laminated surface on either side of an air bubble membrane, acting effectively as a vapour control with an R-Value of 1.45. With a variety of paint colours to choose from, your new office is sure to stand out in the neighbourhood.
