Constructed with impressive attention to detail, the external cladding is made of engineered wood board resistant to moisture, with each wood strand individually treated to resist fungal decay and insect damage. The sturdy 70 x 44 mm framing ensures a durable structure, while the 20mm T&G floor is fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and finished internally with an attractive herringbone effect vinyl.

The roof features 11mm OSB Board finished with 1.2mm EPDM rubber, offering a 50-year guarantee, while internally it boasts 23mm of insulation finished with 12mm of MDF. The internal cladding is moisture-resistant MDF, grooved to mimic classic cladding, while the internal wall and roof insulation consists of YBS Airtec Double, providing effective vapour control.

With a choice of paint colours available, the Cali Home Office can be customised to suit your preferences and complement your home.
